- Dolfin swimmers agree that their team is the most fun -- at practice, meets and other activities.
Sponsored by the Pleasant Hill Recreation and Park District, the team is open to all under 19 years of age who are able to swim 25 yards of freestyle (face in the water with rhythmic breathing). A seperate program, called "mini-dolfins", is offered for swimmers under the age of 8 that can not swim the whole 25 yards.

by the parents acting through their organization, The Pleasant Hill
Dolfins Parent Club. PARENT PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED at meets
and other activities.

The Dolfin swim season runs from June to August. Swim Clinics are offerred earlier. The Dolfins host and compete in many meets this year. Meets are generally held Wednesday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.
Spring practice is at the Pleasant Hill Park Pool. Summer practice and home meets are at the Pleasant Hill Middle School (1 Santa Barbara Rd) in the Oak Park Education Center (3100 Oak Park Blvd, Pleasant Hill, CA).
